Busy, Busy, Busy! That’s quite busy

Over the last week I’ve been to a Dr Feelgood gig in Newcastle and joined Youth Journalism International (there’s lots of the other little things but I can’t remember them all individually). Revision for my exams starts now and I’ve handed over the school newspaper to be published. I’ve also had an invite to write for BBC Tyne News. The first article I did for YJI is on my news blog and I will put the link to the text so you can go straight to it.

Today I’ve been to youth club and I’m thinking of applying to be in the Richmondshire Youth District Council. I need a couple of people to second me though. I will find someone. The new issue of The Tattoo which is the news for YJI is out but I don’t think I’m in it. If you want you can have a look at it anyway at www.readthetattoo.com . A bit of a short blog tonight but I didn’t have much to tell you. Most of it’s about exams (boring). Oh well. Can’t think of  a way to end this post so just Bye for now.

Part of last nights blog tonight (the iPod doesn’t let me publish it)

This Thursday I raised £210 for charity with the help of some friends at charities evening. The group were mostly from the Poole family so I came up with the name for our team of Poole and the gang. It’s a play on words of Kool and the gang. I finally got an interview with Lewis Stabler in my year for the school newspaper. Me, Becky and Jordan were writing the it up the other day. The Buzz is nearly ready for us to edit but I’m waiting for a couple of cartoons and articles to come in. I’ve started to learn how to draw manga which is one of the types of drawings that Sophie, Anna and Rachel are doing. I just thought that i would have a go at the stuff they are working on and it’s good.

Haven't really got much to put in tonight but tomorrow there’s a talk about Darlington College that I'm going to. On Wednesday is the Sixth form open evening as well. In ten days Dennis is off to France to work there for about 4 months. He’s away for Christmas and my birthday but we have him on Skype so I can still talk to him. I’m off now. Bye!
